Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.

If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please contact us within 14 working days after the date of delivery.

You are responsible for any postage costs for the return of the item for refund or exchange.

Exchanges and refunds are only accepted if the product is in new, unused condition as delivered. Items will be assessed on receipt back at our premises and once condition has been established we will contact you to discuss refund/exchange options.

For items that are faulty on delivery please contact us so we can assess the fault, and offer a solution for repair. If this is not suitable we will then offer refund/exchange options.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may pursue you for the reduction in value or refund/exchange
